WELCOME TO THE EAST CENTRAL DRUG TASK FORCE at www.eastcentraldtf.org

The East Central Georgia Drug Task  Force (ECDTF) is a multi-jurisdictional drug task force that serves Emanuel, Treutlen and Toombs Counties in Southeast Georgia.  The task force is responsible for enforcing drug laws in the service area.  The ECDTF was created in 1997 and is headquartered in Swainsboro, Georgia.
 
ECDTF Agents are responsible for:
-- Conducting drug investigations on street, mid and upper level drug violators
-- Serving arrest and search warrants
-- Surveillance and intelligence operations
-- Clandestine methamphetamine laboratory investigations
-- Any other related duties
 
 

 
The ECDTF also participates in highway narcotics interdiction.  The interdiction program focuses on narcotics trafficking on major Georgia highways.

 

What You Can Do!
Do Your Part to Help Fight Drugs
You can help your community and law enforcement officers fight crime and drug dealing. If you see suspicious activity or suspect drug dealing in your neighborhood, please report it to a law enforcement agency. You can remain anonymous. Every tip received will aid in the investigation of criminal activity and help our communities stay safer.
